Current Open Positions:
Certified Medical Assistant (Glendale, Queens and Long Island)
Medical Assistant must be certified and have experience in Phlebotomy. Candidate must have strong communication and patient skills. Must be a team player, have high energy and looking to make a difference.
Responsibilities:
-Direct patient flow
-Take vital signs (including manual blood pressure)
-Assist the clinical staff
-Enter patient demographics and clinical information into EHR
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not necessary.
Medical Assistant must be flexible to open, 7:30am or close, 7pm, Monday- Friday. Every other Saturday is a requirement (8am-2:30pm) with a day off in the week.

Call Center Agent (Manhattan)
The Call Center Agent should have experience in a medical setting handling calls related to scheduling appointments, patient registration, insurance/referral requirements and other facets of the practice. Individual will respond to inquiries and triage calls to appropriate personnel.
Must have previous EMR experience and be familiar with social media resources such as Zoc Doc, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Requirements:
-Experience in handling high call volume in medical call center, or as a receptionist
-Bilingual in Spanish a plus
-High energy
-Excellent communication skills
-Able to work independently

-Multitasking
Hours: 9:30a-6pm, Monday- Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Shot Nurse-LPN (Glendale, Queens and Manhattan)
2 years minimum in an Allergy, Ear Nose and throat setting is preferred but not required, however, must have experience administering shots and understand the process. Current NYS Nurse license required. Must have a stellar patient bedside manner, kind, caring and understand their clinical role.
Responsibilities:
-Administering allergy shots
-Triaging patients
-Stock and Inventory
-Purging of expired allergy serums
-Assisting with patient authorizations
-Assisting with patient CT scans
-Supporting the clinicians and Lab Director in various tasks
-Must be ok with traveling to different locations

Medical Biller (Manhattan)
The biller must be certified and have experience in utilizing EMR systems, preferably eClinicalworks (ECW).
Requirements:
-Experience in processing and following up on claims
-Experience in AR and appeals
-Experience in prior auth and pre-certification
-Experience with ICD9 and ICD10 coding
Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
